ELIGIBILITY: The Rogers Athletic Pick 6 Sweepstakes begins on or about January 4, 2008 at 10:00 AM ET and ends May 30, 2008 at 4:00 PM ET (Promotion Period) and is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico), who are 21 years of age or older as of Promotion Period start date. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated only according to applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (and members of their immediate families or households) of Rogers Athletic Company (Sponsor) and its parent company or subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and any others associated with the production or management of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

TO ENTER: Enter online at www.rogersathletic.com/pick6 between January 4 and May 30, 2008 by completing the entry form and clicking the Submit button. Entries not valid until received by Sponsor. Limit: one entry per person/email address per day. Should a dispute arise as to the identity of an online entrant, the person named as the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry (if any), will be deemed the entrant. Should multiple names be listed on the email account, the first name listed will be considered the primary account holder and, therefore, the entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging firm, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE/ODDS: Grand Prize (1: winner may choose any ONE of the following): a) A set of six (6) Agiles (item 410103), approximate retail value (ARV) is $558; b) A set of six (6) Lil Block shield dummies (item 410093), ARV $624; c) A set of six (6) Rugged Round stand up dummies (item 410099), ARV $594; d) A set of six (6) Stunt Shields (item 410122), ARV $648. PRIZE DRAWING: On or about June 6, 2008, a random drawing of eligible entries will be held to determine the potential winner. Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winner by phone, email or courier within 5 days of drawing date. Potential winner may be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 5 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited. If prize or notification is returned as undeliverable or refused, potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate entry may be selected. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, biographical information and statements by Sponsor, and its parent company or subsidiaries in promotional materials and on their web sites without notice or compensation.
