OVERVIEW OF BENEFITS
The Rogers Group is proud to offer quality competitive medical and dental coverage to all full-time associates and their dependents the first of the month following 60 days of employment through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Associates may choose between Community Blue PPO and the HDCP HSA Plan. Plans cover office visits, inpatient, outpatient, ER and Urgent care as well as prescription drugs. Both plans cover preventive care coverage with no co-pays or deductibles!
There is a low-cost weekly premium share payroll deduction based on the plan and dependents enrolled. The company absorbs most of the health plan cost (something you don’t encounter every day).
Compensation and Retirement
Competitive pay structure that offers room for growth and development for all positions.
Full-time associates can make before or after-tax contributions of between 1% and 50% of their eligible pay; based upon the IRS dollar limit. Competitive matching is a must!
Vacation & Holidays & Parental Leave
All full and part-time hourly and salary associates are eligible for paid vacation, annually based on years of service.
All full-time associates receive 9 paid holidays a year.
Parental leave is available for new mothers and fathers to help assist employees welcoming a new addition to their family.
